Los hábitos que te impiden eliminar la grasa abdominal


Existen hábitos que se cometen a diario y que impiden bajar la grasa del abdomen, por ejemplo, no comer o ingerir alimentos “Ligth”, son métodos que podría explicar por qué no se puede bajar esa barriguita, lo que conlleva a consecuencias fatales como la diabetes o padecer de presión arterial, según la nutricionista Fiona Tuck.

En ocasiones no tienes tiempo para hacer ejercicios, por estar mucho tiempo trabajando, estudiando o atendiendo tu hogar, y esto te impide quemar esa grasa molesta, pero para ello necesitas una rutina diaria de 150 minutos. Además tienes que incluir una dieta saludable, que sea rica en proteínas.


Un hábito que puede llegar a ser perjudicial a la hora de bajar de peso, es desvelarse, se recomienda dormir ocho horas diarias, según los expertos, porque es el tiempo en el cual el metabolismo aumenta los niveles de cortisol, la hormona que regula los niveles de estrés, además de estabilizar el apetito.


Otro hábito que puede retrasar tu objetivo es “olvidarte” de comer a la hora estipulada, unos expertos de Natursan, indican que saltarse las comidas produce un aumento de la insulina en la sangre, por lo que aumenta la sensación de hambre.

Se recomienda comer cinco veces al día para acelerar el metabolismo.


Suelen ser excelentes quemadores de grasa, al ser ricos en fibra y minerales, ayudan al cuerpo a mantenerse hidratado.


Los refrescos son ricos en azúcares, y provoca que el organismo trabaje más rápido, generando un sobrepeso.


Evita comer, alimentos empaquetados, con alto contenido de azúcar y sustancias químicas, estos impiden la eliminación de la grasa abdominal.


Recuerda que “picar” entre comidas, está permitido, pero siempre y cuando sean alimentos saludables, como yogur bajo en calorías con una manzana picada o un trozo de pan integral, así reseñó Siempre Mujer.
